DES MOINES – Combat veteran, father, and U.S. Representative Zach Nunn (IA-03) today launched a new television ad highlighting his record of service in the military and now in Congress. While his duty station changed, he still has only one mission: to serve Iowans.
“As a veteran who led forces in combat, I have a proven track record. Now, I’m deployed on a new mission to hold D.C. accountable for you,” said Rep. Nunn. “I’m fighting to deliver results on the issues that matter most: the border crisis, skyrocketing inflation, and the chaos that plagues our government.”
Rep. Nunn is a twenty-year veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He continues to serve his country in the Air Force Reserve and was recently promoted to Colonel. Throughout his time in the armed services, he has flown more than 700 combat hours, deployed to the Middle East, and received defense decorations for saving U.S. lives. Nunn is now taking his record of success as a commander to Washington, D.C. to focus on the issues that matter to Iowans – securing the border, combating inflation, and promoting a government that is transparent and accountable.
