Nunn shocks with historic support, says it’s just the beginning
Des Moines, IA – Today, Congressman Zach Nunn announced his historic fundraising number for Q1 of 2023. With $710,000 raised, Congressman Nunn raised more than any other freshman congressmember in their first quarter from Iowa, but Nunn says he is just getting started.
“I am humbled by the fundraising support that my team and I have received this quarter,” said Congressman Nunn. “Iowans know and appreciate the importance of bipartisanship results and it is showing. The House has been delivering results to end massive government spending, rein in inflation, lower energy costs and stand up to Communist China, and we need to defend our Majority. I look forward to working toward another strong quarter and continuing to fight for the Iowa Third District.”
“It’s no secret that IA-03 is already being targeted by liberals this cycle and they are ready to dump millions to try to flip this seat. However, with over $710,000 raised in the first quarter, Iowans have shown they support our mission to clean up DC and return a voice to the people,” said Nunn Campaign Manager Kendyl Parker. “This historic fundraising number is putting Democrats on notice right out of the gate, and this is just the beginning.”
Nunn is running for reelection in the Iowa Third District. He currently serves on the House Financial Services and Agriculture Committees. Nunn’s Q1 historic fundraising number is the most raised by a freshman congressman in the first quarter post-election from Iowa and he looks forward to continuing to secure the resources needed to protect this seat during his reelection campaign.
